I have to say while some musicians and movie stars do donate money and time.. the 100 million USD plus per week the US public spends on entertainment alone would be more than enough to help the masses of people and animals… as long as i live i will never understand..being a consumer myself i suppose im a walking contradiction…at least I have helped and i apppreciate my every waking moment that i have clean water, food and shelter and sanctury. if I were president or prime minister or queen take your pic..I dont think i would be arming people with guns and governments, if it were as easy as i am making it sound …I would fix the problem with desalination plants for water and whatever else i could do to eliminate the fear of war between the neighbours so there would be no need for violence. sigh….perfect world…I know i am a dreamer…and i support my governments (australia) asylum of the millions of people i have seen placed in my home town over the years. Now i live in the united states for 6 years and it looks like this place has its own problems to fix with all the destitute people i see here everyday…I joined this web site because i cried in my soul for the silverbacks…if i could save them all i would…if…if…if…if only…..
